A popular Iowa grocery-store chain is offering assistance to employees paying off student loan debts.
The Quad Cities Times reports that Fareway is offering full-time employees $100 a month toward paying off student loan debt, or up to a total of $5,000.
Company officials said the program would be administered by a third party. Fareway said an estimated 3,000 employees are eligible for the program.
