A 19-year-old has been charged after having contraband on the grounds of the Fayette County Jail.
Authorities say the Fayette County Sheriff's Office took a report of contraband at 6:08 p.m. Monday.
After an investigation, Billie Hageman from West Union was charged with two counts of assault on persons in certain occupation and one count of possession of contraband on or in grounds of a correctional facility.
