CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Surveillance pictures from an ATM in Cedar Rapids clearly show his face. And Police hope someone can identify him because they say he's wanted for theft.
Cedar Rapids police say the man used a credit card to withdraw money fraudulently from the ATM on the city's southwest side.
