A West Union man has been charged after he was arrested on a Fayette County Arrest Warrant August 24.
44-year-old Jason Fairchild was charged with 1st Degree Burglary. He also had warrants for Probation/Parole violations as well.
Fairchild was charged after an investigation by the Fayette County Sheriff's Office in late August.
He is currently being held in the Fayette County Jail on a $25,000 cash bond. If Fairchild is convicted, he could face up to 15 years in prison.
