Two Arrested in Connection to CR Robberies

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- Police have arrested two suspects in connection with three residential burglaries.

22-year-old Anfernee Frazier, of Hiawatha, was arrested for multiple counts of second degree burglary.

The first burglary happened in the 7300 block of Prairie Heights Drive SW while the resident was in the home on August 2.

The second burglary happened in the 7000 block of Prairie Heights SW on July 31, and the third burglary happened on August 5th and 6th in the 3400 block of F Avenue NE.

Investigators said credit cards and electronics were stolen, including multiple game systems.

Frazier and 22-year-old Alissa Bear Killer, also of Hiawatha, were charged with counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card for using stolen credit cards at area businesses.

Officers conducted a search warrant of the suspect's home in Hiawatha on August 7 and found Frazier in possession of marijuana. He was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Officers recovered most of the stolen items, including an iPad, cell phones and other electronic devices.

Both suspects have been arrested and taken to the Linn County Jail.
