Lennox Heating and Cooling plans to rebuild its plant, which was damaged by an EF-3 tornado last week.
Lennox Heating and Cooling is a major employer in Marshalltown.
The company said no employees suffered injuries in the tornado, but the plant lost part of its roof.
In a statement Monday afternoon, Gov. Kim Reynolds said she spoke with Lennox President Doug Young, who described his commitment to keep the business in the city.
