One person is dead after a two-vehicle accident in Delaware County at 6:52 a.m. on July 18.
Authorities say 24-year-old Benjamin Malone from Greeley was driving west on Moody Street in Greeley when he appeared to be turning left onto Jet Road.
When Malone's motorcycle crossed the centerline, it hit a vehicle driven by 64-year-old Stephen Lutz from Elkader head on.
Lutz was driving south on Highway 38 when the accident happened.
Malone was taken to the Medical Center in Manchester and died from his injuries.
