CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- The Salvation Army and Lindale Chick-fil-A are partnering to raise money for back to school supplies this month.

The Lindale Chick-fil-A has Salvation Army counter kettles where patrons can donate their money.

The goal is to raise $1,000 during the month of July, which The Salvation Army will use to purchase school supplies for children in low-income families for the 2018-19 school year.
