Wapello Man Sentenced for Child Porn

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) – A federal judge has sentenced a Wapello man to 360 months in prison for producing child pornography.

The judge also ordered 65-year-old Jack Coleman to serve five years of supervised release following the prison term and register as a sex offender.

The U.S. Attorney's office said Coleman on February 2 pleaded guilty to production of child pornography.

Authorities began investigating Coleman in 2016 when a minor victim disclosed being sexually abused by Coleman. Investigators seized a computer belonging to Coleman and found it contained nude images of five minor children produced by a hidden camera Coleman had placed in a bathroom. The computer also contained child pornography images of another minor child.
