A crash in Louisa County killed a pedestrian Tuesday night. It happened at the intersection of Center St. and High View Dr. in Columbus Junction around 8:45 p.m.
The Iowa State patrol says Lian Sang, 43, was walking down High View Dr. when a car turned and hit him. The 70-year-old driver says she didn't see Sang when she hit him with the front of her vehicle.
An ambulance took Sang to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for treatment, where he was pronounced dead.
