COLUMBUS JUNCTION, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- Columbus Junction police say a 5-year-old boy was revived after being rescued from the city pool Wednesday afternoon.
Officers were called to the Columbus Community Swimming Pool just after 4 p.m. Wednesday for a report of a child who was unresponsive after being rescued from the pool.
Police say CPR was performed and the boy become responsive. He was then flown to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Louisa County Ambulance and Columbus Junction Fire Department were also called to the scene.
