JOHNSON COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- A Coralville man is facing multiple child endangerment and sexual abuse charges after incidents that allegedly happened between August 2017 and January 2018.
Documents say 56-year-old Noel Scott of Coralville allegedly committed sexual abuse on a seven-year-old child on four different occasions during the dates listed above.
Court records say on two separate occasions, one in 2017 and one in January 2018, Scott was smoking methamphetamine while in the victim's presence.
He also allegedly watched pornographic videos and performed sexual acts on the victim during four different occasions between 2017 and 2018.
Scott faces four charges of 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse, two charges of Child Endangerment-Meth Exposure, four counts of Child Endangerment, and three counts of Dissemination and Exhibition of Obscene Material to Minors.
