Oelwein Man Charged with Drunk Driving at 102 mph

FAYETTE COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- Fayette County deputies say an Oelwein man was driving 102 m.p.h. while drunk.

Deputies stopped an orange Mitsubishi Eclipse on Highway 3, near J Avenue, at around 5:12 a.m. Sunday for driving 102 m.p.h. in a 55 m.p.h. zone.

After further investigation, deputies say the driver, 25-year-old Brandon Lee Keehner of Oelwein, was also drunk.

Keehner is charged with operating while intoxicated and speeding.
