CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- Cedar Rapids police are investigating a report of shots fired near a motel on the southwest side of the city.
Officers were called to the area of 616 33rd Avenue SW at around 1:20 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
Police say shell casings were found in the parking lot of the motel at that address.
No injuries were reported and no arrests have been made.
