Northern Illinois brings an 11-23 record to Iowa City after dropping a three-game series against Kent State this past weekend. Senior Brad Wood leads the Huskies with a .400 slugging percentage with two home runs and eight doubles.

The Huskies will send right-hander Blake Walker to the mound. The sophomore is 1-1 with a 3.38 ERA in seven appearances. He has allowed eight runs on 15 hits in 16 innings of work.

Tuesday’s game will be streamed live on BTN Plus/BTN2Go. The game will also be broadcast across the Hawkeye Radio Network and will be available on Hawkeye All-Access with Zach Mackey on the call.

Following the midweek game, the Hawkeyes travel to Minneapolis for a three-game series against No. 25 Minnesota. Friday’s series opener is set for 6:30 p.m. (CT).
