The Cedar Rapids Fire Department says four children were not hurt during a house fire this morning.
Authorities responded to a report of a house fire at 3208 Pebble Drive SW at 1:53 a.m. and was able to control the fire quickly with the help of the Cedar Rapids Police Department and Area Ambulance Service.
Authorities say the four children got out of the house safely and no one was hurt.
The family is receiving assistance with the Red Cross.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
