Tourists Can Book Stay at "Field of Dreams" House

DYERSVILLE, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- You can now book a room to stay in the house on the Field of Dreams movie site.

The old family farmhouse in Dyersville with a view of the famous baseball diamond carved out of the cornfield is going for more than $2,000 a night on bookings.com.

The 1989 classic film tells the story of a man played by Kevin Costner who builds a baseball field to ultimately reconnect with his dead father.

While visitors have always been able to go to the diamond to check it out, room rental is something new.
