A couple has been charged with distributing and helping distribute heroin in eastern Iowa.
Dino Harrington, 31, and Tiffany Youngblood, 39, of Cedar Rapids, have been charged with helping distribute and distributing heroin in the Cedar Rapids area.
Records say around March 5 Harrington and Youngblood distributed and helped distribute heroin.
If convicted, both face a maximum sentence of 20 years' imprisonment, $100 in special assessments, a $1,000,000 fine, and at least 3 years up to a lifetime of supervised release after any imprisonment.
Harrington and Youngblood appeared in court on March 6 and are being held without bond pending a detention hearing on March 9.
