Dubuque Teen in High Speed Chase

DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- A Dubuque teenager is facing eluding and other charges for driving a motorcycle away from police reaching speeds around 100 miles per hour.

Police say Kaleb Phillips drove away from an officer with his lights and sirens on Tuesday night.

Phillips apparently told officers later that he drove away because he had borrowed the motorcycle and helmet from a friend and was nervous about getting in trouble.
