NEW VIENNA, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- A man who was living in Eastern Iowa will now go to prison for coming back to the U.S. after four deportations.
Eliceo Tecpile-Tzompaxtle is a Mexican citizen. He was living and working illegally in New Vienna, which is in Dubuque County.
He admitted to illegally coming back to the country after deportations in 2002, 2007, and twice in 2008.
He will spend five months in prison.
