MARSHALL COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- A Marshalltown man died after his car collided with a semi on Highway 330, Sunday morning.
The Iowa State Patrol said in a news release it happened around 4:00 a.m.
Jorge Cervantes, 32, Marshalltown, was driving a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am north on Highway 330, near mile marker 21. The state patrol said Cervantes crossed the center line, entered the southbound lanes and struck a semi driven by Mark Puls, 56, Gladbrook.
The crash killed Cervantes and injured Puls.
