Minn. (KCRG-TV9) -- The Minnesota Department of Commerce is alerting customers that between October 13 and the afternoon of October 14, diesel-tainted gasoline was delivered to 44 stations in western Wisconsin, southeastern Minnesota and northeastern Iowa.
Magellan Midstream Partners Rochester (Eyota) fuel said the malfunction accidentally added small amounts of diesel into the gasoline, potentially affecting 87 octane gasoline that was distributed from the terminal and later delivered to service stations, convenience stores, and truck stops.
In Iowa, the Kwik Trip locations in Cresco and Decorah could be affected, as well as the Farmers Co-op in Fredericksburg.
In Wisconsin the locations affected include Kwik Trip locations in Alma, La Crosse, Onalaska, Sparta, and Salem. The Thaler/Express Mart in Chippewa Falls is also on the list.
