IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- Iowa City Police said they are looking for a man who reportedly approached two young girls and exposed himself.
Police said it happened about 3:20 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Court Street and Washington Park Road. The girls, ages 9 and 5, told police the man drove past them as they walked along the road and exposed himself, then drove past them from the other direction, again exposing himself.
Police describe the man as between 30 and 40 years old with brown hair in a ponytail and some facial hair. He was wearing a white tank top with a picture on it and possibly brown shorts. The girls described the vehicle as a smaller, red passenger car.
Police said on June 21 they responded to a similar incident on Washington Park Road where a similarly described man offered to expose himself to three girls, ages 9, 10, and 11.
