A very potent cold front moved through the TV9 viewing area. Not only did it bring much needed rain, but it has knocked temperatures down significantly. Highs today are only expected to warm into the low to middle 70s. We’ll keep the cooler, more seasonable temperatures around for Monday, but the warmth will return.
Not only will the warmth return, but so will the chance for rain. Monday brings the chance for more rain and even a few thunderstorms.
The best chance of seeing rain on Monday will be later into the afternoon and evening. General thunderstorms are possible. For the month, we’ll add an additional 0.25” to roughly a half inch of rain with the upcoming system.
