If you'd like to know more about our city of Five Seasons, you're in luck! From the City of Cedar Rapids, they're hosting an open house, today, from 5–7 p.m. at the City Services Center, 500 15th Avenue SW in Cedar Rapids.
"The public is invited to come see behind the scenes of the City Services building, learn about different vehicles and equipment used by departments, visit with City staff, and enjoy fun games and activities for the entire family. Children can climb in City vehicles and get a close up view of equipment different departments use to keep the City running safe. Attendees can redeem a coupon in Mobile CR, the City’s mobile app, for a free Cedar Rapids t-shirt while supplies last — with many other great prizes and giveaways also available.
