(Des Moines, IA) -- HyVee is not accepting returns or issuing rain checks for customers beginning today. HyVee yesterday said stores across the eight-state region are suspending return, refund and rain check policies to help prevent the spread of coronavirus. The grocer says if customers have a defective product, they can exchange the item for a new one because those items will not be restocked.
