The Linn County Sheriff has released the name of the person killed by a semi truck on hwy 13 last night.
The person has been identified as 45 year old Chad Lutter of Marion.
The accident happened shortly after 5:20 p.m. just south of the intersection of Hwy 13 and Mount Vernon road.
The accident remains under investigation.
