The National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning for darn near everywhere through Saturday night. Seriously! If you look at the national map, the PINK color is where the Excessive Heat Warning is in effect!
It's important that you're incredibly mindful of the effect that heat can have on you! It's not just the heat...it's the humidity, and both will be oppressive!
Also, please don't forget about your children, pets and seniors in your orbit. They need your attention, as well.
