Authorities detained someone following a stand-off at a home in southwest Cedar Rapids on Sunday night.
At approximately 5:33 p.m., officers were dispatched to a home in the 600 block of 15th Avenue Southwest.
Police said officers arrived and found a man barricaded in a room in the home with a knife.
His identity is not yet released.
There's no word on his condition and authorities are not releasing any other information at this time.
