A man from Dubuque accused of attacking a woman over three days is expected to plead guilty Friday.
Our coverage partner KCRG-TV9 reports Lonnie Vandamme, Jr. is facing several charges including kidnapping, sexual abuse and domestic abuse assault. Police say in March he beat a woman with a baseball bat and burned her with a torch. She had a broken rib and eye socket and burn marks in her groin area.
Vandamme is expected in court Friday at 10 a.m.
