An inmate at the Linn County Correctional Facility failed to return to the jail after being temporarily released on Monday.
Robert Ryan Baer was released at 9 a.m. to participate in a court-ordered job search program. He is serving a 90-day sentence for two counts of contempt of court, and false use of credit cards.
