A semi that has tipped on its side is causing delays on northbound I-380 east of Cou Falls.
The accident happened just north of the bridge for the Iowa River between Exit 4: Penn Street and County Road F28 and Exit 10: County Road F12 (near Shueyville). The right lane is currently blocked.
A viewer tells TV9 the accident involved livestock in the semi. They say a second semi is at the scene to take the livestock that was in the tipped semi.
