A man from Iowa City has been charged after allegedly sexually abusing a three-year-old.
Documents say 49-year-old Andrew Harrison was babysitting a three-year-old on July 15.
After leaving Harrison's home, the three-year-old told her mom Harrison had "licked her down her down there."
The child was then taken to the hospital and evidence was collected. DNA results found Harrison's DNA was located on swabs taken from the child's body and underwear.
Harrison has been charged with Sexual Abuse - 2nd Degree 2nd or Subsequent Offense.
Pending an initial appearance, Harrison will be held on a $250,000 cash bond.
He was previously convicted on May 2, 1996, for Lascivious Acts with a Child in Polk County.
