Authorities responded to a crash early Thursday morning on the Julien Dubuque Bridge.
It happened on the East Dubuque, Illinois, side of the bridge.
East Dubuque police said two vehicles hit each other, causing injuries.
Emergency crews took people to the hospital but police would not say how many or their conditions at this time.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
