Marion police say they have arrested a man after responding to a report of an armed robbery.
It happened Saturday at 5:35 p.m. at 289 14th St.
Police say after investigating they arrested Nelson Junior Brocks. He is 37.They say he robbed a woman of her purse at knifepoint.
Nelson left the area and police found him 2800 block of 1st Ave. NE, and took him into custody.
Police charged him with second degree robbery and domestic abuse while displaying a dangerous weapon.
