FAYETTE COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- On July 7, the Fayette County Sheriff's Department took a report that a car hit two hogs on W Avenue north of 200th Street around 9:57 p.m.
An investigation found Keith Lavern Westpfahl, 79, from Hawkeye, was driving a Cadillac Deville northbound on W Avenue when two adult hogs went into the roadway and were hit.
Westpfahl's car had an estimated $5,000 in damage. No one was hurt during the incident.
