CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- A judge has sentenced a Cedar Rapids man to more than 21 years in federal prison for distributing child pornography.
31-year-old Craig Watters in November 2017 pleaded guilty to the charge, admitting he knowingly distributed child pornography in 2014, and that he had been convicted of receiving child porn in 2009.
The judge sentenced Watters to 262 months imprisonment, and a life term of supervised release. The judge also ordered him to make $6,500 in restitution to two victims depicted in videos he received or distributed.
