Thunderstorms are expected to redevelop this afternoon and evening with strong to severe storms. The greatest threat will be late this afternoon and evening with large hail up to 2 inches, winds up to 70 mph, and isolated tornadoes the main risks. Locally heavy rains of 2 inches or more are possible. Highs will range from the mid 70s in the northwest to the lower 80s in the southeast. Cooler and dry conditions return Friday through the weekend.
