JOHNSON COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- No one was injured in a crash involving a small SUV and a Solon school bus, according to the Johnson County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said it happened about 2:30 p.m. Monday at Highway 1 and 140th Street, about a mile and a half north of Solon.
They said the driver of the SUV traveling north was slowing for a vehicle making a left turn off Highway 1 on to 140th Street. The northbound school bus then hit the SUV, which came to rest in the northwest ditch of the intersection.
Deputies said both drivers and all students on the bus were not injured.
