IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- A University of Iowa student faces a third degree sexual abuse charge.
Authorities say Cannon Allen raped a woman in Burge Hall, which is a university residence hall. That was on the afternoon of November 12.
If convicted, Allen, who is 19, would face up to ten years in prison.
