CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

200 grams dark baking chocolate

6 eggs

Salt

Melt chocolate slowly.Remove from stove.Should be very bright.Cool.Beat 6 egg whites with the salt until stiff peak.Pour chocolate on the yolks and beat.Incorporate very slowly the egg whites into the other mixture.Chill about 3 hours.
