GLUTEN FREE PARTY MIX

Cup of each Chex cereal
Nuts
Pretzels Melt butter/margarine

SPECIAL CHILI
3 lb beef
1 large sweet onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, finely diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
2 cups bloody mary mix
¼ cup vodka
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can pinto beans, drained
2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 pkg frozen corn

Add olive oil to large pan and saute the onion til soft. Add garlic and green pepper.  Add beef then dump in all the spices.  Stir in the bloody mary mix.  Add tomatoes, beans and corn. 

CHOCOLATE PIE FILLING OR PUDDING
1 cup sugar
1/3 to ½ cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup corn starch
2 cups non-fat dry milk powder
Salt
Mix all together.  Put in microwave 3 qt container.
¾ to a 1 cup cold water
1 tbsp vanilla
4 large egg yolks

Use handheld mixer.  Beat all together.  Gradually beat in about 3 cups pf boiling water.  Put in microwave and cook on high for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring every few minutes.  Adjust water to egg yolk size.  Stir in ½ to whole package chocolate chips and let melt.  Use as pudding or as filling for merengue pie.
