CRANBERRY SALAD/SAUCE
2 pkg Cherry Jello
3 cups boiling water
12 oz fresh cranberries
3 red apples, unpeeled
4 oranges, peeled
Small can crushed pineapple
½ - 1 cup sugar
1 cup pecans
Dissolve Jello in water and let cool to room temperature
Chop cranberries and apples and oranges (separately), then add little sugar to taste and add nuts. Let sit while sugar dissolves. Pour in the Jello and let it set.
