President Donald Trump has called for the Department of Commerce to conduct a mid-decade census. Part of the reason, is that he wants for only Americans to be counted. Hannah Davis is with the Federation for American Immigration reform, and she says that the number of illegal aliens in the United States are equivalent to 24 congressional districts.
