It was a busy of working in The Big Show Garage preparing for next week's 23rd Annual WMT Radio Great Eastern Iowa Tractorcade and theg 25th Annual WHO Tractor Ride. You can catch the first of two iconic events in Iowa Agrictulture, the Great Eastern Iowa Tractorcade, from June 13th to the 15th. It's essentially a rolling history of Iowa agriculture for three days, beginning and ending each day at the Muscatine County Fairgrounds. The route totals about 196.8 miles, and route specifics can be found here.
As you can see, work to prep the stage is well underway, and below the trailer wheel bearing needed some help. The WHO Radio Great Iowa Tractor Ride will run from the 20th to the 22nd of June, just one week following the WMT Tractorcade. Each day's route will begin and end at the Cass County Fairgrounds in Atlantic, with Griswold FFA providing a free will donation lunch on the first day and CAM FFA providing a free will donation brunch on the third day. This year our route totals 185.75 miles, with Governor Kim Reynolds joining us for her 3rd tractor ride on the first day of 73.77 miles. More route specifics can be found here.
