The 2019 Cash Rental Rates for Iowa survey results are out from ISU Extension and it shows an overall slight decline in the typical cash rental rates for corn and soybean tillable acres, as well as for land devoted to hay, oats, and pasture. The statewide average for tillable acres of corn and soybeans was down slightly, from $222 to $219 per acre per year. Much more detailed information can be found here.
