(Iowa) -- The Michigan man accused of kidnapping a 12‑year‑old girl from Waterloo last month, an incident that prompted an AMBER Alert, is scheduled to stand trial this summer.
Daniyal Khan’s trial is set for June 30.
He was arrested in Berrien County, Michigan, on April 5 after the girl went missing from her Waterloo home earlier that day.
