Miley Cyrus fully supports her friend Lil Nas X expressing his true colors.

On World Pride Day (June 30), the "Old Town Road" rapper took to Twitter to come out as a member of the LGBTQ community by drawing attention to his song, "C7osure (You Like)." Along with the track's visuals, he tweeted: "Some of y'all already know, some of y'all don't care, some of y'all not gone fwm no more. but before this month ends i want y'all to listen closely to c7osure."

Although Nas X "deada-- thought I made it obvious" he was gay, the star later confirmed his sexuality and explained performing alongside Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus in Glastonbury, England, inspired the revelation.

Miley, a longtime advocate of LGBTQ rights and equality, praised the 20-year-old for coming out on Twitter. "SO proud of my baby brother @lilnasx," she tweeted with heart and rainbow emojis. "In your corner forever my friend!"

According to TMZ, sources close to the rapper said Nas X intended to be vague in his tweets, adding that he was "tired of being closeted." An insider told the outlet: "Everything's happening so fast his head is spinning. He may become a leader in gay rights, but not quite yet."

Nas X's coming out tweet has since garnered more than 538k likes on Twitter.

The performer has also received immense support celebrities such as James Charles, Tika Sumpter, and others.
