President Trump will be in Dubuque County Thursday to help support the re-election campaign of Congressman Rod Blum.
The First District Republican had originally tweeted Trump would visit Dubuque on Thursday. But new guidance out Monday shows the president will be at Northeast Iowa Community College in Peosta.
He is to take part in a roundtable on Workforce Development scheduled for 11 a.m. at the Northeast Iowa Community College campus in Peosta.
Trump was last in Dubuque in January 2016 ahead of the Iowa caucuses.
The president's visit follows a rally and fundraiser Vice President Mike Pence held with Rod Blum in Cedar Rapids earlier this month.
Blum is expected to face a difficult challenge from Democrat Abby Finkenauer for Iowa's first-district seat.
