Central City Parks Vandalized

CENTRAL CITY, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- Central City authorities are asking for help finding the person responsible for vandalizing two city parks this month, which only recently opened for the season.

Public Works employees found someone had dug up newly planted flowers and thrown them onto the bandshell. On Thursday, May 24, Public Works employees found the splash pad park restrooms vandalized. The workers said vandals broke tissue paper holders and littered the restrooms with what appeared to be water balloons.
